Why it’s different
Talking to an AI assistant leaves you with text in a chat window that you still have to copy, title, save, and put somewhere. StewardScribe skips all of that. You choose the destination before you speak — then the finished document lands there on its own.

Dictation keeps the dominant speaker and drops bystanders — the resident who leans in mid-sentence doesn’t end up in your email. Session mode is the opposite: both voices kept, with consent recorded in the note itself.

Google Drive and Docs out of the box. Case notes can also log to StewardFlow™ or any Google Sheet — and anything you dictate shares into Gmail, Messages, Slack, or your EHR with the normal share button.

No. It runs in the browser on any recent iPhone or Android phone and installs to your home screen from the browser menu.
No — recording only happens while you have it running, and you’re always in control of when. For a quick dictation, hold the button and let go when you’re done. For a meeting or session, tap once to start, let it run through the conversation, and tap again to stop — then the note is written and filed. Either way, it starts and stops on your command, never on its own.
